I read this book, which is a part of a novel by Rampo Edogawa, who was a famous author for detective stories.
This was the first time for me to read his novels. This was surprsingly interesting. Easy witing and good rhysm.
This book is made up of two stories: the man with twenty faces and shining man.
These two stories turned out to be connected by reading until the end. This was one of interesting points, and more interestingly, characters are impressive. Akechi, he is detective for the novel and Kobayashi, he is Akechi's assisstant. They are trying to find out soulution of tricks and help their client. This conversation is very rythmical and witted.
This reading makes me want to read more of his book.
