It is easy to believe in a RIGHT person. Howeve, you have to be careful about SENSIBLE person. He or she hears right, but it is dangerous.
This is mainly because such a person tries to declare justice and equality, but actually they don't recognize themselves properly. In fact, they think of themselves right and can't see themelves objectively. Therefore, they tend to deny others according to their own moral, but it lacks objectivity.
This book tells us that this sort of selfish justice exacerbate our society and our company as well. This degradation is irreversible and the irreversibility is the core issue of the culture.
In other words, if a person with low intellgence got a higher position in a company, employees in lower positions deteriorate their intelligence because this stream is irreversible so that it can't be reversed. Therefore even if a person in the company tried to change the atmosphere, it would be impossible. This is impossibility of a detrimental cultrue.
To get out of this spiral, the only wayout is to find a new stream that can reach the top.
