読みました。
最近テレビでよく見かけませんか？
自分は「カレンと松之丞の反省だ！」 がすきです。
その前から面白いと思っていたのですが、最初に見たのは「人志松本のすべらない話」に出た時だったと思います。それから、何となくずっと面白い人だという印象が残っていました。
何がこの人のユニークさを生んでいるのか、「講談師」とはいったい何なのか、とても気になっていました。
講談師がどういう職業かどうやったら講談師になれるのか、どうやってその職業と出会ったのか、は本書を読んでもらうのが一番いいと思います。
まず、驚いたのは年齢でした。まだ30代半ばだということに驚きました。話しぶりや考え方を見聞きしていても、40歳以上かと勝手に思っており、それくらい、成熟を感じます。これまでの境遇も影響しているのかもしれませんが、それ以上に、自己分析力が卓越しており、客観的な物言いになっていることから、そう感じるのではないか、と思いました。
読んでいて感じるのは、自分の感覚を磨くためにたくさんインプットすること、そしてその過程で研ぎ澄ました感覚を信じること、違和感を大事にする姿勢です。時には失礼なことをいうことや、若造らしからぬことを言って、先輩方のひんしゅくを買うこともあったみたいです。それでも、続けていることで、周りが「こいつは変なだけじゃないな」と信頼する。つまり、賛否両論があるという場に自分を出さないと、自分の成長はないということではないか、と思いました。コンフォートゾーンにいては、新しいものを創造することはできないのだ、と思わせられました。神田松之丞からはその信念と勇敢さを感じることができると思います。それは決して頑固なわけではなくて、頑なに柔軟なのだと思います。
I saw him on a TV show. It was so interesting that the impression has remained within my mind for a long time. WIth continued interest in him, I found this bood at a book store, and I bought it. What I was curious about was what has grought him such a uniqueness and what has brought him in to his profression.
You will see answers on the second question, and I would like to elaborate the first question.
Before directly going to the question, I was surprised at his age while reading because he is just 36 yeas old. It surprised me because his age was unexpectedly younger than my anticipation. In fact, he talks in a very mature matter. How it comes ? I thought it is his ability of self analysis and objectiveness that made me feel so.
And also, I was impresed by the importance of polishing you intuition by drawing on huge amount of inputs, which make you feel confidence in believing your intuition in the process of inputting and significance of mindsetting for sensing differnce. He often said something inappropriate, which sometimes made his seniors feel uncomforatble. However, his keeping doing his posture give people trust `he is not someone that is always saying weired`. This means, to me, getting pros and cons is an only way to improve yourelf. You can not improve yourself by putting yourself into a comfort zonem which will not create something new. He gives me the sense of courage and belief and fair flexibiliy.
