読みました。たくさんたくさん大事な言葉が書かれています。その中でも、とりわけ心に残った言葉は「私」に関するものでした。これは、自分の話だけではなく、子育てなどの教育であったり、仕事であったり、どの場面にも共通することではないでしょうか。
つまり個人としての私を生かすということと、社会の中にはまり込むということの二つがうまく折り合いがつかないとアイデンティティは確立しない。
自分の方をおろそかにしすぎて社会の形に早くはまった人は、後で困っていますし、それから自分の方を大事にしすぎた人は、なかなか社会にはまっていかない。こういう二つの面をうまくやってちゃんとできたひと、これがエゴ・アイデンティティの確立した人です。

These words can be applied for not only 'myself' but also other differnt matters such as education and work.
Identity can not be developed unless you have to balance two opposite things: you embrace yourself as a personal human being; you modify yourself into the form that works in society.
You would be in trouble in society if you adapt yourself to society requirement too early without thinking about yourself carefully enough. Similarly, you would not be able to adapt society if you embrace yourself too much. You have to balance and incorparate these two aspects so that you can establish 'ego-identity'.
